Bún is the lighter, fresher cousin of pho — a noodle bowl served at room temperature that's perfect any time of year. Our #28 combines two kinds of savoury pork — tender grilled pork and seasoned shredded pork — over a generous bed of fresh rice vermicelli, topped with a crispy deep-fried spring roll.
It comes with fresh lettuce, herbs and pickled vegetables, plus a side of light Vietnamese fish-sauce dressing (nước chấm) to pour over and toss. The result is a bowl that's beautifully balanced — fresh, savoury, crunchy and full of flavour.
