This is pho at its most approachable and satisfying. Thin slices of rare beef are added to your bowl and gently cook in the steaming-hot broth, staying tender and silky, while our house beef balls add a bouncy, savoury bite. It all sits on a bed of fresh rice noodles in a broth simmered for hours with beef bones, charred onion, ginger and aromatic spices.
Served with a side of fresh herbs, bean sprouts and lime, it's easy to make it your own — add lime, hoisin or a little sriracha to taste. Authentic enough that even guests who've eaten pho in Vietnam tell us it's the real deal.
